About Your Scheduled Exam

HELP US KEEP OUR HIGH-RISK PATIENTS SAFE BY WEARING A MASK

At Inland Imaging, we’re taking the coronavirus threat seriously. That’s why we’re implementing protocols to help minimize health risks to our patients, staff, and the community at large.

BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED EXAM

Are you experiencing 2 or more of the following COVID-19 symptoms?

  • Loss of Taste
  • Loss of Smell
  • Cough or Shortness of Breath
  • Muscle or Body Aches
  • Headache
  • Sore Throat or Congestion
  • Nausea or Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Do you have a fever and/or chills?
  • In the past 2 weeks, have you been around someone with COVID-19?
  • In the past 3 weeks, have you tested positive for COVID-19?

If you can answer yes to any of these questions, we will be unable to perform non-urgent exams as scheduled. Please call (509) 455-4455.

ENTERING OUR FACILITIES

To ensure safety and social distancing, able-bodied adult patients should enter and exit alone while friends and family wait in the car. Patients requiring assistance and children may have one caregiver accompany them. All visitors must wear masks covering their nose and mouth. We understand special circumstances may arise and will make every effort to safely accommodate individual needs.

A greeter will meet you at the door where you’ll be screened for:

  • FEVER (You will need to reschedule for a later date). We will also be taking all patient’s and guest’s temperatures.
  • 2 or More COVID-19 Symptoms
  • Loss of Taste or Smell
  • Cough or Shortness of Breath
  • Muscle or Body Aches
  • Headache
  • Sore Throat or Congestion
  • Nausea or Vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Depending on the urgency of your exam you may be referred to a different Inland Imaging center, an Urgent Care, or the ER for further evaluation.
