HELPFUL INSURANCE TIPS

Bring your updated insurance card(s) to every appointment to ensure we have current information on file and prevent billing confusion.
To verify coverage before your exam, contact your insurance directly. Our registration staff and technicians cannot access your benefit details. Also confirm if your procedure requires prior authorization—while your referring physician typically handles this, it’s wise to double-check.
